Flockittome has two main components. The first component is a team, your Flock, and challenge builder. We help you choose a competition opportunity to perform from hundreds of competition ideas. You invite your friends, and others to join your Flock to perform your competition opportunity. You challenge another friend, or acquaintance to form their own Flock to compete against your Flock. You set up a prize for the winning Flock based on a rule of the Flock with the most of, for example, the most wins in a season or sales in revenue. Every day you can see who is winning! You run the competition and award the winning Flock.
The second component is the Flockittome portfolio (under construction). Let's say you have completed two competition challenges, and are ready to have Flockittome put together the Flockittome portfolio for you. The Flockittome portfolio highlights your leadership and innovation creating challenges. The Flockittome portfolio showcases every one of your own Flocks member's activities into your portfolio. You get credit for creating these groups, and their activities for the competition. Instead of working individually, you orchestrated a competition event, that might include hundreds of hours of everyone competing. Impressive!
